There might be a few movies that utilize the 3D technology already, but G- FORCE feels like it’s one of these special few that were actually filmed with the technology 100% in mind. Every scene compliments the Disney Digital 3D effect and non of these shots ever seem forced upon the viewers which I have observed to be a typical mistake found in a few of the early movies shot in 3D. The story itself is intriguing for viewers of all ages and the cast translates well to any adult watching this as well. After a while, the computer generated guinea pigs even start to magically resemble their voice-actor counterparts (ie. Tracy Morgan, Penelope Cruz) due to distinctive gestures and detailed animated movements. Throughout the movie I couldn’t help but wonder how it just wouldn’t be the same to watch a movie like this on DVD or BLU-RAY at home. The element of 3D plays such an important role in the overall experience of watching this film (The car-chases, explosions, the amazing scenes from the point of view of a flying insect, zooming camera angles, and best of all.. a fireworks scene which I just can’t get out of my mind) G-FORCE should not be missed when it comes out in theaters this Friday, don’t forget to make sure you will see it in Disney Digital 3D because I strongly feel that THIS how it was ultimately meant to be seen. Review by: Luis Moreno 931amor.com Editor-In-Chief 931amor.com highly recommends you watch this film opening weekend (RATING: 5 out of 5 STARS) In theaters on JULY 24th Armed with the latest high-tech spy equipment, a covert team of highly trained guinea pigs discover that the fate of the world is in their paws. Tapped for the G-FORCE are guinea pigs Darwin, the squad leader determined to succeed at all costs; Blaster, an outrageous weapons expert with tons of attitude and a love for all things extreme; and Juarez, a sexy martial arts pro; plus the literal fly-on-the-wall reconnaissance expert Mooch, and a star-nosed mole Speckles, the computer and information specialist.
